Consequently, fees are not based upon or refundable against litigation outcomes.
Our strict ₹50,000 baseline floor covers the preliminary acquisition, cryptographic hashing (SHA-256), chain-of-custody logging, and feasibility analysis of your submitted digital artifacts.
Once physical evidence media is received at our laboratory, or once encrypted digital archives (e.g. CDR logs, WhatsApp databases, or server dumps) are unsealed and cryptographic hashing has commenced, the ₹50,000 baseline fee becomes 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.

If written notice is received at least 48 hours prior to the court date, 50% of the appearance retainer may be credited toward a future mutually agreed date within 60 days. Non-refundable travel tickets already booked will be charged at actuals.
If a matter is adjourned, passed over, or settled by the parties less than 48 hours before the scheduled testimony, the full daily retainer is strictly non-refundable, as other litigation matters were turned away.

In the event of an unjustified chargeback, Cyber Sunil will furnish complete forensic logs, signed engagement agreements, SHA-256 chain-of-custody records, and statutory certificates to the payment aggregator and reserves the right to recover damages and legal costs before the competent civil courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
